How can I make a reservation?

Please contact us by telephone (+63-920-900-3663), Whatsapp  (+63-920-900-3663), Facebook Messenger or e-mail (driftwoodvillage@mail.com) and our friendly staff is happy to discuss options with you. We will answer your requests as soon as possible. If it is urgent, please give us a call. We do also advertise a limited number of rooms on booking.com. If there are no rooms available on booking.com, please do not hesitate to contact us by Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or E-Mail, we might still have availabilities.

How do I travel to Driftwood Village?

Our resort is located at Sugar Beach, Sitio Langub, Barangay Nauhang, Sipalay City.

The fastest way to reach Driftwood Village is by air from Manila or Cebu to Bacolod-Silay airport and then by private transfer to Driftwood Village. We are happy to organize a private transfer for you with one of our trusted drivers. The drive takes 3.5-4 hrs (164 km).

If you prefer to travel by bus and you arrive at Bacolod-Silay airport, take a taxi to the South Bus Terminal.

From Bacolod, the trip will take approximately 4-5 hrs by bus. Take the bus from Bacolod South Bus Terminal (direction Hinoba-an). Please ask the driver to let you out at Barangay Gil Montilla, Sipalay, where you can find a tricycle to Driftwood Village, located at Suger Beach.

From Dumaguete the trip will also take approximately 5-6 hrs by bus and 4 hrs by car (178 km). If you travel by bus, you have to change in Bayawan (bus from Dumaguete to Hinoba-an) and Hinoba-an (bus from Hinoba-an to Bacolod). Usually there is no long waiting time to transfer at Bayawan and Hinoba-an. There are buses leaving every hour.  Please ask the driver to let you out at Barangay Gil Montilla, Sipalay, where you can find a tricycle to Driftwood Village, located at Sugar Beach. Also from Dumaguete we can arrange a private transport for you.

What time can I check in?

Can I use mobile services at Driftwood Village?

Don't worry. We offer free WIFI that connects the whole resort so you will stay connected. However,  the signal for mobile services at Sugar Beach is quite weak, the best data connection you get with the phone provider Smart.

How can I pay and where can I get cash?

We accept cash and GCash. We do not accept credit cards. There is an ATM from BDO bank in Sipalay City that accepts international bank cards.

Can we cook or bring our own food and drinks to the resort?

We are sorry, but we do not accept food or drinks that come from outside. Our kitchen is well known to serve one of the best food along Sugar Beach - you will not be disappointed. For more information on food and drinks, visit the Restaurant page.  In case you have allergies or special needs, please discuss it with our friendly staff upfront and we are happy to accommodate as required.

Can I keep my valuables safe?

We provide small safe boxes in all rooms. However, please acknowledge that we cannot be held liable for any losses.

What services do you provide?

We provide additional services that we either provide ourselves or through our trusted partners. Please ask our staff for additional information and applicable fees.

What are the most important house rules?

In order to make sure everyone can enjoy their time at Driftwood Village, we do have certain rules and we kindly ask all our guests to respect them.
