Yes, we have a specific policy at the time of your accommodation which is as follows:

• PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN BED.

• DO NOT PLAY MUSIC FROM 10 PM TO 10 AM Please respect the surroundings neighbors by trying not to make much noise.
• PLEASE NO COMPUTERS & AUDIO DEVICES IN THE RESTAURANT and BAR.
WIFI spots are in the rooms & on the beach.
• NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE ROOM. It’s impossible for us to keep the area clean because insects and rodents are attracted by leftovers.
• KINDLY USE CASHBOXES provided in the bungalows for safekeeping your valuables; The management cannot be held responsible for losses of valuables.
• LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS AT NIGHT The management cannot be held responsible for any losses/thefts.
• LOST ROOM & SAFE KEYS will be charged PHP 1,000.00 since we have to replace both to protect our future customers.
• DO NOT WASH IN THE C.R. We provide Laundry Service.
• PLEASE KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN: use trashcans provided.
• Bringing in Portable Gas Stove or any Appliances like rice cooker, electric stove and water heater is STRICTLY PROBIHITED.
• Do not LEAVE your phone unattended, especially while charging.

We will not refund the 50% deposit at our resort once it has been deposited into our bank account, but you can book your reservation for any day or week within three months, if you exceed In our three months that you have not booked a schedule with us, your deposited money will be forfeited.

From Bacolod City, the trip will take 4 hrs. 2 min (164.0 km) if you start from Araneta Ave. going to Barangay Gil Montilla, Sipalay City. you will see that you can just pass the KM.162 Post and you will only count up to 700 meters approximately, You will see the market and barangay hall of Gil Montilla where you get off here and ride a passenger tricycle or go straight if there is a private car there is a long road going to barangay Nauhang..

Also from Dumaguete to Sipalay the trip will also take 4 hrs. 7 min (178.6 km) via National Highway/National Road/Negros South Road to Barangay Gil Montilla, passing Km. 163 Post you just count 300 meters approximately, You will see the market and barangay hall of Gil Montilla where you get off here and ride a passenger tricycle or go straight if there is a private car there is a long road going to barangay Nauhang.

Our resort is located in Sugarbeach, Sitio Langub, Barangay Nauhang, Sipalay City where you can take a private vehicle or a transit vehicle starting from Barangay Gil Montilla Public market where there is a long straight entrance road leading to our barangay, just follow the paved road until you reach the second bridge and keep going inward until you see signs on the side of the road where the entrance is.

We do not allow any pets to be brought to our resort. whether it’s a dog or a cat and those who fly, whether tame or carrying a cage or on a leash.

In our bungalows there are available electric fans, hot and cold showers centralized wifi, outlets for electronics and lighting. we only use electric fans to save on electricity since our bungalow is made of native material that does not need air conditioning and it is cool to sleep day or night and there are mosquito nets on every bed.

We do not have our own parking area, but there are available parking spaces that you can pay for behind our grounds that belong to private property owners.
